Semi-private Country club with 8 championship golf courses including the
famed #2 course (site of 1999 and 2005 US Open) and the #4 course that
was redesigned by Tom Fazio after the 1999 US Open. Full membership can
play Pinehurst courses 1-6. Membership includes golf, use of
twenty-eight tennis courts (6 lighted), access to several pools, use of
Lake Pinehurst facilities, the Members club and locker rooms. Men’s and
women’s golf association with weekly tournaments. Transfer Fee (#1-6)

Member-owned and operated private 18-hole country club with limited non-member play. One of the nicest clubs in the Sandhills. The cozy, friendly community is located 20 minutes from Pinehurst and has full recreational amenities, including swimming pool, lakes, tennis and health spa. Initiation Fee - $2,000, Refundable equity - $3,000, dues – $229/mo. Pinewild | Visit Website - Single family homes priced from $300K. Private gated community (2,025 acres) with 2 18-hole golf courses designed by Gene Hamm and Gary Player. Also includes a 9-hole par 3 course, driving range, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts and a 25-meter swimming pool. Membership transfer fee with the purchase of a Pinewild home is $10,000. Dues: Full Family $304/mo - Social $81/month. New membership initiation - $20,000.

Forest Creek Golf Club | Visit Website - A private, gated community, Forest Creek features a par-72, Tom Fazio-designed golf course, which was ranked last year as the #13 course in North Carolina. Membership includes use of tennis and pool facilities and unlimited green fees. Located in Southern Pines, Forest Creek homes sell from $500,000 to $1.5 million. |
