Semi-private Country club with 8 championship golf courses including the
famed #2 course (site of 1999 and 2005 US Open) and the #4 course that
was redesigned by Tom Fazio after the 1999 US Open. Full membership can
play Pinehurst courses 1-6. Membership includes golf, use of
twenty-eight tennis courts (6 lighted), access to several pools, use of
Lake Pinehurst facilities, the Members club and locker rooms. Men’s and

Private gated community (2,025 acres) with 2 18-hole golf courses designed by Gene Hamm and Gary Player. Also includes a 9-hole par 3 course, driving range, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts and a 25-meter swimming pool. Membership transfer fee with the purchase of a Pinewild home is $10,000. Membership includes use of tennis and pool facilities and unlimited green fees. Located in Southern Pines, Forest Creek homes sell from $500,000 to $1.5 million. |
