Application for membership to the Pinehurst Resorts and
Country Club is available to all property owners within the incorporated
limits of Pinehurst and is subject to approval. This membership is attached
to the property.

The buyer has 60 days
from closing to complete and submit all of the above paperwork. Acceptance
and processing of the membership takes approximately 7-10 business days. A
membership package will be mail to you upon being accepted as a Member.
After receiving your membership package, please give us a call to schedule
an appointment for your photo I.D.. Photo ID must be obtained prior to usage
of the facilities.
Fairwoods on Seven
Available to Members of
Pinehurst Resort and Country Club who also wish to become a Member of
Fairwoods on Seven. Dues for 2007 are $375.00 per month, which entitles Full
membership privileges to Fairwoods on Seven and Pinehurst Resort and Country
Club. Initiation Fee $10,000. |

Lake Pinehurst, croquet, lawn bowls and Spa. No green fees for golf or court
fees for tennis and lawn sports.
TENNIS CLUB
Monthly: $250.00
Entitled to use of the
Members Club and Resort facilities including golf, tennis, swimming pools,
Lake Pinehurst, croquet, lawn bowls and Spa. No court fees for tennis and
lawn sports. Payment of one half the prevailing Member Guest green fees for
golf.
RECREATIONAL
Monthly: $125.00
Entitled to use of the
Members Club and Resort facilities including golf, tennis, swimming pools,
Lake Pinehurst, croquet, lawn bowls, and Spa. No court fees for for lawn
sports. Payment of one half the prevailing Member Guest green fees for golf
and one half court fees for tennis.
SOCIAL
Monthly: $80.00
Entitled to use of the
Members Club and Resort facilities including golf, tennis, swimming pools,
Lake Pinehurst, croquet, lawn bowls and Spa. Full green fees for golf, full
court fees for tennis and lawn sports.
